Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During product launches, sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on select orders, promotions, or minimum order values.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable logistics partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High order volumes

  • Courier partner delays

  • Operational disruptions beyond our control

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address, phone number, or other shipping information is provided, TwoHiigh will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges incurred.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If the package remains undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Take clear photos of the package before opening it.

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and supporting photos.

Our team will review the issue and assist accordingly.

Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Please keep the exact amount ready whenever possible.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

International Shipping

Currently, TwoHiigh ships only within India.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
