Exchange Policy

At TwoHiigh, we want you to love what you wear. If your item doesn't fit as expected or arrives with a manufacturing defect, we're happy to offer an exchange.

No Returns. Exchange Only.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances. We only provide exchanges for eligible products.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • The product must not show signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, deodorant, or washing.

Any item that does not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for exchange.

Size Exchange

Ordered the wrong size? No worries.

We offer one-time size exchanges subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of equal value or store credit at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Our team will review the request and arrange an exchange if approved.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order number.

  2. Share the reason for the exchange along with relevant photos (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, we will provide further instructions.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the original item, the replacement product will be shipped.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale events

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

  • Any product requested for exchange after the eligible exchange period

Shipping Charges

Exchange shipping charges, if applicable, may be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received from our end.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
